Student Charges
Please note that your invoice contains a complete schedule of student charges (total charges for attendance). There are no additional charges.Payment of class is due on or before the date of class. We accept all major credit cards, business checks, and personal checks. Cancellations require a 48 hour notice.
Refund Policy
At Cal Computer, we value our students' commitment and strive to provide a consistent and high-quality learning experience. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and continuity for all students and instructors.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the class starts.
If you miss a class, with or without notice, the session will be forfeited. We do not offer refunds, rescheduling, or credits for missed classes.

To maintain consistency and the forward progress of all students in the class, we are unable to provide make-up classes for missed sessions, regardless of notice provided. Your enrollment holds your dedicated spot for all scheduled dates.
