Please note that your invoice contains a complete schedule of student charges (total charges for attendance). There are no additional charges.Payment of class is due on or before the date of class. We accept all major credit cards, business checks, and personal checks. Cancellations require a 48 hour notice.
At Cal Computer, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure a positive experience for our students. Our refund policy is as follows:
Case-by-Case Refunds: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We understand that unique circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with students to find a suitable resolution.
Completed Classes: Once a student has completed a full class, we do not issue refunds for any reason. Completion of the class indicates a commitment to the course and the acquisition of knowledge.
Missed or No-Show Classes: If a student misses or no-shows to a class without providing a minimum of 24-hour notice, we do not offer refunds. However, we provide them with the option to reschedule the same class at another scheduled time, subject to availability.
Refund Request Timeframe: If a refund is requested for a class that has not yet occurred, the request must be made within 7 days from the date of the initial payment or enrollment. No exceptions will be granted beyond this timeframe.
