Assessment

We have created an easy to use online skill assessment process for your employees to identify the skills they have mastery of, need to review, and the skills they need to learn from our skilled instructors.  Just click on the PDF file below to view the self-assessment system.

 

After your employees have taken the online assessment, we compile the results and make written recommendations that increase your invenstment by targeting groups that need to be taught similar skills.  We also recommend appropriate training from our 50+ software classes taught onsite or at your facility.

If you prefer to utilize hard-copy assessments due to logistics or Internet access, we can duplicate printed assessment pages for each of your employees.  You will return the completed assessments to California Computer Schools Inc., here in Upland and our staff will compile the results and return written recommendations.

 

Employee assessments are successfully used to identify the appropriate training from our 50 software training classes.  We can also recommend private and/or small group training for targeted groups.
