Gail Marie Horton President and CEO
Gail Marie Horton is the proud “parent” (President and Founder) of her 27 year successful technology organization. California Computer Schools, Inc. has served more than 43,000 clients since 1982 and is respected throughout the Inland Empire for computer training, employee assessment, custom programming, and in the past 12 years, web site development and Internet Marketing.
From a one-room schoolhouse to the bustling four-division company, Gail’s dream of technology has been realized. Her 23-employee team is now implementing their vision of CCS and CCSInteractive as a Business-to-Business leader in the industry. Gail states, “I love the world of technology – it changes rapidly and challenges us every day to give clients more powerful and more valuable solutions”.
While managing this ever-growing organization, Gail has also contributed to her local community as a Planning Commissioner, City Councilwoman, 9 year Board Member at San Antonio Community Hospital, and 14 year Founder and President of the Upland Police Foundation. In addition, she shares her Entrepreneurship skills with students at the University of La Verne, College of Business and Public Management. Her favorite quote is "We can change the world one life at a time!"
